[Rock-dev] nice logging lib

I am came across a nice logging library 
	http://google-glog.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/glog.html

Maybe it is worth to use this one instead of the one from base, especially because you can log directly to syslog (SYSLOG, SYSLOG_IF, and SYSLOG_EVERY_N)and it seems pretty well maintained.
