 Seems base/scripts has no dependencies in the manifest. Question is: on
 purpose !?

 Leads, e.g. to the following error:
 gui/vizkit installs rock-display -- which is unusable, since rock/bundle
 (i.e. base/scripts) is not part of its dependency list (also to fix) which
 again has no dependencies but requires tools/roby.
