[Rock-dev] simulation mars and overwrites.yml

You have to change every simulation/mars/* package to master since they 
are underlaying one big git repository.

If you change only one it might be that it get automaticly changed back 
if another "mars module" is updated later on..

Try to add instead of
- simulation/mars/sim

- simulation/mars/*

in your overrides.yml
