[Rock-dev] AVT Prosilica SDK

I would remark that there is an really OpenSource version for GigE cameras.
The project is called aravis.
I started an really rough example implementation as an orogen component 
which needs to be rewritten and extended:

In the past i tried successfully with an prosilica (i think GC-650).

Maybe this driver could become an alternative to the closed-source AVT one.
