 If the name-service returns invalid(old) task IOR's registered for a
 different network the following code hangs until they got time-out which
 was more than 1 minute in a particular case. A better behaviour would be
 that after the time-out specified by the :wait option Orocos.run should
 give up with a proper error message in any case.
