 I cannot reproduce it. The task inspector is marking the task as
 unreachable for a short period of time but should reconnect to it.

 The reason for displaying unreachable is that the orocos.rb is
 reconnecting to the task as soon as any method call is raising an
 exception. We could change this for StateTransitionFailed by changing
 Async::TaskContexBase::unreachable!
