[Rock-dev] splitting rock-widget-collection

Hi,

the rock widget collection was originally a place for qt designer
widgets which are independent from any other package than qt.
Unfortunately, more and more widgets were added which have dependencies
to rock packages. Therefore I would like to split the
rock-widget-collection into two parts.

First part:
widgets which are independent from rock and can be used in the wider
context of machine vision got to qmv_widgets:
plot
sonar view
image view
time line
...

All widgets which depend on any rock-package stay in
rock-widget-collection. To maintain the typelib qt bridge as setter
function rock-widget-collection will depend on qmv_widgets and overloads
its setter for rock-base-types.

Any thoughts?

Alex
