[Rock-dev] Apropos base/orogen/interfaces

I already started (since you mentioned this last week) to cleanup the 
usage of interfaces for mars.

This works fine, additionally i started to move some some "generic 
interface code" (task independed) to base/interfaces, which then are 
really (pure-c++) interfaces....
