[Rock-dev] New installation of Master Branch

Thinking about it, it sounds like having done a bootstrap while having 
already loaded the env.sh from another Rock installation. The next 
autoproj version should behave better in that respect, and -- moreover 
-- we are adding checks that will report errors if you try doing that. 
But not there yet (obviously)

You can try repairing by doing the following:
  - make sure you have no env.sh loaded
  - go in the broken rock installation
  - do the following:

export GEM_HOME=$PWD/.gems
export PATH=$PWD/.gems/bin
gem1.9.1 install autoproj
autoproj osdeps
autoproj envsh
source env.sh
