[Rock-dev] Aligned base/types header naming scheme to the Rock standards

I've made the jump and adapted all headers in base/types to the Rock
naming conventions:
  - naming is a/namespace/MyClass.hpp
  - there is one class per header

Given the importance of this package, backward-compatibility headers
have been added (e.g. base/eigen.h includes base/Eigen.hpp). These
headers are in base/backward to keep them separated from the "good"
names. base/backward being added to the include path by the base-types
pkg-config file. New headers should be added following the same scheme
(adding the proper name as well as an "old scheme" header in backward/)
to allow a progressive migration to the new scheme.

These are currently on a branch (joint_state branch, details in the next
email). These changes are going to be merged to master only after the
next merge window (the "when" of which we still have to decide).
