[Rock-dev] pocolog output polluted with log messages

Hi,

it looks like the 'csv_mode' flag is evaluated before it is set via the 
option.
I still get the INFO debugging message:
{{{
pocolog.rb[INFO]: loading file info from ./seekur_drv.0.idx...
}}}

when calling:
{{{
pocolog seekur_drv.0.log -s seekur_drv.robot_battery --csv --fields 
time.microseconds,battery > csv/data_battery.csv
}}}

Can you verify that?
