[Rock-dev] Error in System management tutorial: moving to bundles

If you use a Debian variant (Debian, Ubuntu...) try to install a newer 
version.

like:
sudo apt-get install ruby1.9.1
sudo apt-get install rubygems1.9.1

then make sure that on a non-sources shell ruby is the right version by 
calling

ruby --version

otherwise (or to make sure) call update alternatives to set ruby and the 
rubygems to the newest version

sudo update-alternatives --config ruby
sudo update-alternatives --config gem
