[Rock-dev] Problem with configuration logging and simulation (master)

Hi,

I don't really see if the problem arises from wrong configuration of the 
sim or is dependency based:

I created a simulation deployment without logger. When starting syskit I 
get this as the only error message (Full error message below):

tools/orocos.rb/lib/orocos/logging.rb:38:in `configuration_log': the 
pocolog Ruby library is not available, configuration logging cannot be 
used (ArgumentError)

Directly afterwards the mission fails (could also fail because of 
inproper configration of the sim, but I can't tell from the output)

tools/pocolog is optional for orocos.rb, but changing it has no effect.

In case it is my configuration, and not having the pocolog Ruby library:
The message shouldn't be printed in red, its the only red line in the 
output ;-)
