 Calling Orocos.conf.save gives error:

 orocos.rb/lib/orocos/configurations.rb:616:in `save': undefined local
 variable or method `name' for #<Orocos::ConfigurationManager:0xad7d188>
 (NameError)

 Variable name should be model_name instead of name (see attached patch)
