[Rock-dev] slam/pcl/visualization (and other VTK related stuff) needs libvtkftgl

Hi,

I noted that at least on my ubuntu 12.04 installation all visualization
modules using vtk didn't compile due to the fact, that libvtkftgl is not
linked in.

So if for example slam/pcl or rock_widget_collection (with USE_VTK
turned on) is not compiling with something like

>/usr/lib/libvtkRendering.so.5.8.0: undefined reference to
`FTGLPixmapFont::FTGLPixmapFont()

just add vtkftgl in the target_link_libraries argument list in the
appropriate CMakeLists.txt
