 I was really confused when the bootstrap did not fail in my latest test.
 Looks like the bug in utilrb that was causing failed compilation was just
 fixed.

 So now autoproj_bootstrap.sh (patched as above) runs.

 However after it completes and I source env.sh, the first tutorial  http
 ://rock-
 robotics.org/stable/documentation/tutorials/100_basics_create_library.html
 does not work.
