 from_buffer: typelib/type.rb:444 segfaults if a type is serialized on a 64
 Bit system the type is not architecture invariant
 (aggregator/TimestampEstimatorStatus) and the current architecture is 32
 Bit.

 The right behaviour would be to raise because of invalid buffer size.
