Well, this is not the only cause for broken .so files and distributed
compiling also wasn't enabled (as the PATH shows).

Nevertheless, to check if distributed compiling was responsible, you can
set the CXX and CC environment variables with full paths (when using
icecc) and rebuild the package.

export CC=/usr/bin/gcc
export CXX=/usr/bin/g++
autoproj rebuild tools/orocos.rb

P.S.: Building base/orogen/types in less than 2 min is the bigger
advantage for me ;-)
