[Rock-dev] orogen_metadata

Hi,

does someone know that the status of orogen_metadata is? I cannot find 
any information about it on our website?
I am asking because it is polluting the task inspector and 
configurations scripts for all orogen tasks.

It manifest states that it is used for default values, ranges etc. by 
vizkit. I am pretty sure this is not the case right now. And I also 
believe we should probably do not encode this kind of information in 
properties.
