 The base logger does not show the component's namespace on the command
 line, e.g.

 [DEBUG] - ""::No data on joint status port

 However, if logging in libraries, the namespace is displayed. Adding by
 hand

 add_definitions(-DBASE_LOG_NAMESPACE=${PROJECT_NAME})

 to the CMakeLists.txt of the component seems to fix the problem. The
 branch is "wrench", which is very close to master.
