[Rock-dev] Autobuild a library - change from repository to tarball file in sources.yml

Hi,

I am now getting image_processing/viso2 from a new tarball file instead 
of using the previous repository (deprecated).
The problem is when viso2 has been already checked-out from the 
repository and now autoproj has to do it from the tarball file.
I changed the required information in remotes/rock/source.yml. However, 
more needs to be done in libs.autobuild...

Does anyone know how to inform to autoproj: the way of getting the 
library has changed? In order that it deletes the folder and download 
the tarball file.
