#417: NEXT: autoproj rebuild uses wrong ruby version 1.8

When doing an "autoproj rebuild" I just noticed that the build process
crashes somewhere because ruby1.8 unexpectedly were killed. This is a bit
confusing, because the autoporj config file correctly defines the rubypath
 to point to ruby 1.9.1.

 Reason:
When doing "autoproj rebuild" the script in <rock-path>/install/bin/ruby
will be deleted and then "which ruby" points to the system default (which
on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS is ruby 1.8.x if not changed).
 Workaround:
If I do an "autoproj clean" the file <rock-path>/install/bin/ruby will be
created again and a follow up "autoproj build" will work.

Nevertheless that seems to be an error in the behaviour of "autoproj
 rebuild"
