[Rock-dev] Pocolog standalone

Hi,

I need to give some log data to other people, and was wondering if someone
already tried to get pocolog running standalone.
There are some dependencies, which are not so easily solved manually, so I
figured actually using a minimal rock bootrap would be the easiest.

I seem to remember there was a bootstrap in the past, that installed
nothing, not even the base. But I can't find it...
