[Rock-dev] Bugs, Ticketing, Merge-Reuquests

Two questions:

- Why i cannot login to the ticketingsystem from outside the DFKI with 
my account?


- How do we proceed with merge-requests?
In the past we (at least me) started to create merge-requests for 
core-packages instead of pushing them direcrly.
Since we are also using a ticketing system. We should decide where we 
start discussions for patches.

I recommend to comment patches on gitorious instead on the ticketing 
system.
But in the past i recognized that i don't get any mails if someone 
commented my patches.
Even the maintainers doesn't get notified when a new merge-request was 
created.
This get's really annoying, Sylvain commented my merge-reust but i don't 
get the update.

We (the dev's) need to find a workflow for this...
