[Rock-dev] Mistake in TimestampEstimator documentation?

Hi,

rereading the TimestampEstimator documentation
(http://www.rock-robotics.org/master/documentation/data_processing/timestamp_estimator_usage.html),
I stumbled upon the following:

> As an example, the setup of the Xsens IMU, when configured at 10Hz, would be:
> 
> mTimestamper = aggregator::TimestampEstimator(
>     base::Time::fromSeconds(10),
>     base::Time::fromMilliseconds(10));

Second argument is the device period, so for a 10Hz device this should be

> mTimestamper = aggregator::TimestampEstimator(
>     base::Time::fromSeconds(10),
>     base::Time::fromMilliseconds(100));

right?
