[Rock-dev] Build status on rock-robotics.org

Hi,

Together with Matthias I had the idea, that it would be beneficial to 
have the current build status of the rock buildserver available outside 
the DFKI.

I implemented a first prototype available at:
http://www.rock-robotics.org/status/


I guess most important here is the information of

- The last time the doc got updated
- and the overall status

Next step would be to upload the current logs, but I first wanted to ask 
for feedback and ideas here.
