[Rock-dev] error while bootstrapping on ubuntu 14.04

Hi all,

I get an error while trying to bootstrap on 14.04:
I tried it with ruby 1.9.3 and ruby 2.0, the outcome is the same:

autoproj: installing a proper Ruby environment (this can take a long time)

time)
