[Rock-dev] Weired grouping of packages in Release Emails

Hey,
the grouping of the mails seems to be buggy.
I got a mail with image_processing/orogen/video_streamer
in its title, but below there was a request for also maintaining

   control/waypoint_navigation, drivers/controldev, drivers/laser_filter
   drivers/orogen/controldev, drivers/orogen/laser_filter
   drivers/xsens_imu, image_processing/orogen/video_streamer
   planning/orogen/traversability, slam/orogen/local_mapper

I would have expected, that the mails are grouped by
category (drivers, control ...).
