Hi,

I tried to build on the buildserver with ubuntu 15.04

Packages that don't build:

- multiagent/orogen/fipa_services:
- multiagent/fipa_services : DistributedServiceDirectory.cpp:12:5: 
error: 'replace_all' is not a member of 'boost'

- drivers/orogen/camera_usb:
- drivers/camera_usb: error: template with C linkage

- planning/orogen/corridor_navigation: known gcc 4.9 bug

I'll update the "ubuntu_current" build to 15.04 soon.
