[Rock-dev] Draft: autoproj advanced snapshotting capabilities

I've described on a wiki page how the autoproj snapshotting
(commit/tag/reset/...) capabilities are shaping up to be so far. This
is meant to become the technical means for the 'release method' that
had been discussed in november.
