[Rock-dev] Installation of Rock bootstrap.sh or autoproj_bootstrap?

I'd say yes:

Is not that incomprehensive and always up to date:

  1. install ruby >= 2.0 (if not already installed)
  2. download http://www.rock-robotics.org/autoproj_bootstrap
  3. call ruby2.0 autoproj_bootstrap git 
git at github.com:rock-core/buildconf.git

I think this is far better than a (outdated) bootstrap.sh in each 
buildconf. No one is updating them after the initial setup.

You need to check the buildconf url anyways to download the 
bootstrap.sh, so why not entering it in the terminal directly?
