[Rock-dev] Collection of all rock-issues

Hey Dev's,
I created a overview page of all issues that rock (currently) have.

It is reachable from this page

http://rock-robotics.org/status

I hope that package maintainers take a look there if the feel 
uncomfortable to iterate over the github pages manually.
The page got updated after each build from the buildserver.
