[Rock-dev] Collection of all rock-issues

Hi,
Regarding the "make it more public" i would like to have other opinions 
for this.
I'm okay with a link "status" like "news" on the top of the page. But 
someone (not me) should make
the layout of the status and issues page consisted to the main-page (and 
the news).
