[Rock-dev] gitorious.org is going away by the end of may

Most repositories that belong in rock-core are already on github. I
would definitely script only the rest (i.e. non-core).

For the other sub-projects the mapping is

  rock-SUBPROJECT/full-path-to-package

Example:
  rock-drivers/drivers-orogen-sonar_tritech.
