[Rock-dev] Release of autoproj v2

Fair enough I guess...

What about the following:
 - release goes as planned, but rock-robotics.org/autoproj_bootstrap
points to the v1 bootstrap
 - switch of the default autoproj_bootstrap by the 20th of January

?
