[Rock-dev] Autoproj 2.0 migration

'stable' has not (yet) been tested with autoproj 2.0. master has been, though.

To get a full backtrace, run with --debug

I removed add_build_system_dependency because it was idiotic and since
the rock package sets were not using it, I assumed noone would know.
I'm going to re-add it. In the meantime, just add your dependency
where they are needed.
