[Rock-dev] Could not find command "fast-build"

Hello guys,

I tring to install ROCK on Ubuntu 16.04 and encountering the following problem:

rock.core is selected in the manifest or on the command line, but it requires gui/rock_webapp, tools/rest_api, tools/telemetry, tools/orogen_metadata, gui/vizkit, bundles/rock, tools/pocolog_cpp, base/templates/bundle, base/orogen/std, tools/syskit, tools/orocos.rb, tools/pocolog, tools/logger, base/orogen/types, tools/log_tools, drivers/orogen/aggregator, drivers/orogen/transformer, drivers/orogen/iodrivers_base, and all these packages are excluded from the build:
