[Rock-dev] Error during new bootstrap

Just tried the autoproj bootstrap script directly, as well as the
bootstrap.sh from rock-core/buildconf. Both worked.

This bothers me ... why do you have a 'pre' version installed ? The
bootstrap scripts both install 1.15.4.
