For me the usability and requirements of this implementation is too
complex to be a standard way for logging debug messages and more
important I do not like to force the developer to use a certain
logging mechanism as most of the logging is done insight the
libraries and these should be independent of any framework. <br>
<br>
I am more interested on the tooling which should deliver a way to
gather all messages written to stdout and stderr to a central place
no matter if the the developer is using cout, printf, rt_prinftf,
log4cpp, OCL::logging
