            The conference proceedings will be published by
            Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science. and
            will be available after the conference. Information
            concerning typesetting can be obtained directly from
            Springer at Springer-Verlag page. <br>

            During the conference extended abstracts of presentations
            will be distributed.</font><font face="Arial"><br>
            <br>

            Paper Submission is open. The submission page managed by

            The working language of the conference is English. Authors
            should upload an electronic version of the full paper (pdf
            and/or ps) by using the conference paper registration and
            submission site: EasyChair - SIIS 2011. <br>
            <br>
            Original papers of length 8-14 pages are solicited for
            S&amp;IIS 2011. <br>
            Only the full papers will be considered for inclusion in the
            conference proceedings to be published by Springer-Verlag in
            Lecture Notes in Computer Science.<br>
            <br>
            However, we encourage all those who do not intend to submit
            a full paper but would like to present their results or
            their work in progress at the conference to submit an
            extended abstract.<br>
            <br>
            Extended abstracts should not exceed 2 pages.<br>
            <br>
            After notification of acceptance, authors will be allowed to
            make a correction in accordance with the suggestions of the
            reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers. The accepted
            papers must be presented by one of the authors personally to
            be published in the conference proceedings. <br>
            <br>
            Authors of all accepted papers will be also asked to submit
            extended abstract to be included in conference materials.</font><font
