Choosing the "Start RACSA" Button on the main page, you'll come to the Servlet "SearchElements" (snapshot), where you can select a product and set your personal adjustments. Information about products, payments, delivery conditions and client categories are generated by the given rule and fact bases'. Hit "Submit" to start the "RacsaServlet".

The "List Prices" are information given by the companies, i.e. the facts. The "Real Prices" are the prices computed by applying the rules to the facts. The result is ranked by price and warranty. (snapshot)
RACSA supports rules for the following cases:

• Discounts:
  Depending on payment and client categories the companies can grant discounts for all offered products.
  Only the highest discount becomes deducted from the price, because the majority of real shops handle it in this way.
• Additional costs:
  Insurance and delivery costs are supported. For example "delivery in 24 h" can entail costs of 10.00 Euro. But if a company doesn't support such a a kind of delivery and the user selected it, then RACSA doesn't consider this company at all.
• Warranty:
  The warranty time is either given by the facts or by the rules of a company. In addition to that, the minimum warranty time (protected by law) is specified in the "general Rules".

If you press "further information" the Servlet "GetMoreInfo" provides details about the computation of the additional costs and a description (if availabe) of the product. (snapshot)
