Commius - Commius
Die europäische Firmenlandschaft ist zu 99% von kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen (KMU) geprägt. Darüber hinaus gewinnt, aufgrund der fortschreitenden Globalisierung und immer komplexeren Verflechtungen innerhalb der Supply Chain, die strukturierte Zusammenarbeit von Unternehmen immer mehr and Bedeutung. Bislang konnte die aktuelle Forschung jedoch diesbezüglich noch keine, speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von KMUs zugeschnittene, Lösung anbieten.
An diesen Rahmenbedingungen anknüpfend, verfolgt das europäische Projekt Commius die Zielsetzung, kollaborative Geschäftsprozesse möglichst einfach und benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten . Dazu werden kollaborative Prozesse in drei Interoperabilitäts-Ebenen unterteilt: Technische, Semantische und Prozessuale Interoperabilität.
Das im Laufe des Projektes zu entwickelnde Commius System wird sich mit bereits existierenden Email-Infrastrukturen verbinden (technische Interoperabilität) und basierend auf ihrem Inhalt (semantische Interoperabilität) ankommende Emails kontextsensitv mit Zusatzinformationen und Empfehlungen bzgl. weiterer Prozess-Schritte innerhalb des Geschäftsprozesses anreichern (Prozessuale Interoperabilität).
Da Commius insbesondere an den Bedürfnissen von KMUs ausgerichtet ist, wird das System so entwickelt, dass möglichst geringe Einführungs- und laufende Kosten anfallen - dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass es für eine möglichst große Anwenderbasis verfügbar ist.
