ADiWa - Allianz Digitaler Warenfluss - Vom Internet der Dinge zu intelligenten Geschäftsprozessen
Die elektronische Vernetzung intelligenter Objekte mit dem Internet hat in vielen Bereichen - durch die RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification)-Technologie und durch den OPC-Standard zur herstellerunabhängigen Kommunikation in der Automatisierungstechnik - einen hohen Reifegrad erreicht und eröffnet damit breite Vermarktungschancen. Der Begriff "Internet der Dinge" (Internet of Things,IoT) ist international etabliert und bedeutet im Allgemeinen, dass intelligente, physische Objekte untereinander und mit Rechnersystemen über Internettechnologien kommunizieren können.
Im Internet der Dinge kommt es darauf an, jedes einzelne Objekt/Produkt in die Warenlogistik einzubinden und aus der Lieferung und dem Verkauf eines RFID-bestückten Produkts automatisierte Aktionen für komplexe Warenwirtschaftssysteme und andere Geschäftsprozesse zu erzeugen. Das volle Potenzial des Internets der Dinge lässt sich aber nur erschließen, wenn die Verarbeitung dynamischer Informationen und die zeitnahe, automatische Erkennung und Verarbeitung geschäftsrelevanter Ereignisse stärker in den Mittelpunkt rücken. Ein Produkt geht in seinem Lebenszyklus von der Entstehung über Verkauf und Wartung bis zur Verwertung durch zahlreiche Stationen. Um die Verbindung zu den verschiedensten damit verbundenen Geschäftsprozessen möglich und flexibel steuerbar zu machen, muss eine komplexe Software-Logistik entstehen. Im Projekt ADiWa setzt sich ein leistungsstarkes Konsortium aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft zum Ziel, diese Mechanismen zu erforschen, umzusetzen und zu erproben. Damit soll es möglich werden, komplexe, dynamische Geschäftsprozesse anhand von aufbereiteten Informationen aus der realen Welt auszuwählen, zu komponieren, zu steuern oder sogar komplett neu zu entwickeln. Dies kann nur geschehen, wenn die Lücken zwischen den Systemen auf den unterschiedlichen Ebenen, auf denen die Informationen erfasst, gesammelt und genutzt werden, geschlossen werden.
