Together with Lenovo R&T, we are working on a multidomain dialogue manager to improve the current range of automatic helpdesk dialogue systems.
The tasks of the DFKI are consulting & development of a chat-based dialog system with Lenovo's AI Lab and text analytics for the development of knowledge graphics databases for Lenovo products, components and customer questions.
