Evalutaions of schemes:
For the dialogue scheme used
in VERBMOBIL-1 we achieved k
=.83 for 10 presegmented dialogues labelled by two coders with equal expertise.
The value for stability over time was k
=.84 for the same coder labelling identical dialogues with a time of about
one year being between the two experiments.
