[mary-dev] Is the project trunk a eclipse workspace?

After fixing the izpack dependency, the thing most netbeans users will think
is an error is the (netbeans iae omitted):
"ALL [null]: Duplicate entries in E:\Projects\MaryTTS\java\JavaOpenAIR.jar:
META-INF/"
Warning, that i can't remove.

Test are also a problem, but i am aware that things should remain in the
eclipse workflow, and besides, i don't anticipate writing tests that others
will use myself, so i wouldn't commit them anyway.
