 It would also be nice to have the same column headings regardles if you do
 get the whole stream with only -s STREAM or only some fields with -s
 STREAM -f FIELD1,FIELD2,...

 E.g. getting the stream flyro_driver.rc, the headings are:
 flyro_driver.rc.channels[0] flyro_driver.rc.channels[1] ....

 getting the field channels of the stream, it is:
 channels[0] [1] ....
