 --verbose gives you the same result for all subcommands, but to STDOUT.
 Does emacs need the output to be sent to stderr ?

 Note that autobuild has a bug there, --verbose will only work for cmake
 packages in the current version

 Sending the complete output mandatorily is not an option.
