 * the CMake code should be moved out of base/types into base/cmake
  * gui/vizkit should be split into a pure-C++ gui/vizkit3d library and a
 Ruby gui/vizkit package. This is going to remove a lot of dependencies for
 gui/vizkit3d (which is really rock-independent) and show that gui/vizkit
 is the rock-dependent package (since we need the typekits to do the ruby-
 to-C++ magic).
  * gui/rock_widget_collection should be renamed into gui/common_widgets as
 these widgets are rock-independent. Only the stream_aligner_widget should
 be moved back into devices/aggregator -- since it is a pure Qt widget, it
 has no dependencies on vizkit/vizkit3d
