[Rock-dev] rock-ros bridging

The original instructions for the spacebot bootstrap would lead to a 1.8
installation. I’ve updated it, so that you will boostrap 1.9

ruby1.8 is not anymore (fully) supported try to re-bootstrap with ruby1.9
